Pursuant to Art. 39 par. 1 of the Act of 3 October 2008 on sharing information about the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessment (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 283), the President of the National Water Management Authority publishes information on the commencement of the public participation procedure under the strategic environmental impact assessment of the DECP project.
All interested parties may submit comments and proposals to the above documents.
Public consultation on the Environmental Impact Assessment of the DECP project was held on 25.05 to 24.06.2020.
The consultation meetings take place on-line through the ZOOM platform. After registering your wish to participate in the meeting, you will receive an automatic response to your application. After completing the registration process, an e-mail will be sent to you with confirmation of your participation in the meeting and a link to the on-line meeting.
