One of the main goals of the “Stop Drought! Start Retention!” project is an educational campaign. We aim to raise awareness about the threat of drought, its causes, and ways to mitigate its effects. Additionally, we want to increase public knowledge about ecosystems that depend on water availability. Our goal is to shape responsible attitudes toward water management within society.
For this reason, we have launched an Education subpage, where we will publish information to help better understand the issue of drought. In this section, we have published a Glossary of Terms related to drought threats, which will be gradually expanded with new terms concerning drought and water scarcity.
