Mateusz Banasiuk has become the ambassador of the “Stop the Drought! Start Retention!” campaign. An actor known for his many film and television roles, privately a fan of travelling around Poland, and an admirer of Polish landscapes. Mateusz spoke about his involvement in environmental protection and counteracting the effects of drought. As he himself emphasizes, the negative changes taking place in nature in recent years are real, the effects of which he experiences firsthand.
In the video promoting the campaign, he draws attention to the threats related to drought in Poland, highlighting the need to take serious steps in the field of water retention. In his statements, the actor emphasizes how important it is to take care of the environment, especially in the face of climate change and its effects, such as heavy rainfall and the lack of water absorption capacity of cities.
As an ambassador of the campaign, Mateusz will support educational activities, promoting knowledge about water protection and retention in Poland.
