The State Water Holding Polish Waters undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with the Act of April 4, 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. The accessibility declaration applies to the Stop the drought! website.

Content unavailable
The website contains video materials and other graphic materials without transcriptions and descriptions.
It was not possible to avoid posting information only as a graphic.
The website has moving banners.
Some materials are not available digitally.
Some links open in new browser windows.
It is not possible to change the spacing between lines, paragraphs, words and letters on your own.
There may be situations where, despite the efforts of the site editors, the purpose of the link is not properly specified, attachments do not have information on the size and format of the file, graphics do not contain alternative texts and a text version.
Exclusions
Maps are excluded from the obligation to ensure accessibility.
Some films were published before 2019.

- indication of a convenient form of making the information available if the request concerns making unavailable information available in an alternative form.
The request should be considered immediately, no later than within 7 days. If it is not possible to ensure accessibility or provide access in an alternative form within this period, it will be done no later than 2 months from the date of submission.
Complaints and appeals
In the event that the public entity refuses to comply with the request to ensure accessibility or an alternative method to access information, the person submitting the request may file a complaint regarding the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, an application may also be submitted to the Commissioner for Human Rights.
Architectural accessibility
State Water Holding Polish Waters, National Water Management Authority, 59a Żelazna Street, 00-848 Warsaw. Entrance to the building through automatic sliding doors. Further passage secured with gates through which a person in a wheelchair can pass. The reception is located on the left side of the entrance. A person with special needs can report their desire to receive assistance through the receptionist. The National Water Management Authority is located on five floors: 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. There are no thresholds on individual floors. The passageways are wide enough to allow two-way traffic. The building has an elevator equipped with a handrail and a mirror opposite the wall with an internal control panel. The internal control panel is marked in Braille. There is no Braille signage or contrasting or enlarged print signage in the building. There are no hearing induction loops in the building. There is a car park in front of the building with one space for disabled people. The building and all of its rooms can be entered with an assistance dog and a guide dog. There is no sign language interpreter available on-site or online.
